雙子座北望遠鏡是構成雙子座8米天文臺專案的兩架八米望遠鏡之一。另一架雙子座南望遠鏡位於智利中部的Cerro Pach。在兩者都在明年某個時候達到全面科學執行後,它們將共同提供全天空覆蓋。
